Stamps Give-Away!
I have been unmounting my Stampin' Up! stamps and organizing the rest. I have sorted all of my Studio G dollar acrylic stamps into CD cases according to type. For example, all "Happy Birthday" stamps go in one CD case, all cupcakes and cakes go in another, and so on. I love it!
I bought these great CD cases that have no insert in them from http://www.rima.com/
Item # 6220 -- 200 CD Cases for $26.00.

While organizing, I found two duplicate stamps and a few little clear acrylic stamps from the dollar Studio G sets that I will never use (things like party girl, her majesty, it's a girl thing, happy spring, spring is in the air, good luck, believe in yourself, etc).
I figured I would offer them up here on my blog. All you have to do is make a comment on one of my blog posts. Tomorrow (Thursday) at midnight EST, I will randomly choose one name. You will then have to email me your address, and I'll ship these stamps out to you.

I am starting to unmount my Stampin Up stamps too! They work so much better and take up less space. I would love to see your finished space with the cd cases. My Cd Shelf is a mess. I have no idea how to organize it. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great night.

You have a lovely family! Good luck with the stamp reorganization and unmounting. I need to do that, too, but I just dread it so much!

Great idea to use for unmount stamps! I am thinking of do that but not sure yet. I am trying to find a way to store all in one place to take with to crop but haven't figure it out yet. :)
ReplyDeleteI think UM stamps are so much easier to store and use. :)
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win your blog candy. Thanks for the chance!

ReplyDeleteI love using cd cases to store stamps as well- makes it easy to organize and store them. Very generous give away!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea... I need to do that with mine :)
ReplyDeleteI am just now getting into stamping. I have been scrapbooking for 10 years and stamps always intimidated me...until now. I joined a stampin up club a year ago and cannot wait for the meetings to start again...gonna buy stamps this go around! These are really cool studio g stamps and it is so nice of you to RAK them on your blog!!

Why are you unmounting your stamps? I recently heard of someone else doing this and am curious.

Shannon,
ReplyDeleteI have actually only unmounted my Stampin Up stamps. Honestly, they take up so much less room, and I'm really short on room and own too many stamps. :) Three sets take up the same thickness in CD cases as one set does in the clamshell packaging.
I plan to take pictures of it all when I finish labeling the CD cases. Hopefully it will be done this week.
